Can I cancel my trip without cancellation protection?

You can cancel your flight in accordance with the airline's fare conditions. We must always comply with the airline’s regulations and cannot make exceptions. Some airlines allow cancellation for a fee, while others do not allow cancellation under any circumstances. If you are canceling close to your departure date and outside of our opening hours, you must always contact the airline directly. If you want to cancel your flight you can contact us by email or telephone. Note that the flight is not canceled until you have received confirmation from us.
